Better Cotton is sourced via a system of mass balance and is not physically traceable to end products.

In relation to our branded products, Turner Bianca is committed to sourcing 50% of our cotton as ‘more sustainable cotton’ by 2025. ‘More sustainable cotton’ includes Better Cotton, recycled cotton, organic cotton and Fairtrade cotton.

Our products are responsibly sourced overseas, in accordance with STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX and MADE IN GREEN by OEKO-TEX.
OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 is a label for textiles tested for harmful substances. It sets the benchmark for textile safety, from yarn to finished product. Every item bearing the STANDARD 100 label is certified as having passed safety tests for the presence of harmful substances.
Textiles and leather items carrying the OEKO-TEX® MADE IN GREEN label are produced more sustainably in socially responsible workplaces. Customers purchase them with confidence that they are traceable and tested for harmful substances. This label supports both better working conditions and a healthier planet.
Designing for circularity
For each product we design, we are working to reduce water and pollution during processing, use more sustainable raw materials, make the product last longer and design in a way that makes the product easy to recycle after use.
responsibly Sourced
Recycled Cotton
Taken from pre- and post-consumer feedstock and recycled into useable cotton fibre, using significantly less water and energy than virgin cotton.
Organic Cotton
Grown without the use of any synthetic fertilisers and pesticides or GM modification, certified organic cotton ensures farmers enjoy good working conditions and the local habitat is less environmentally impacted.
Recycled Polyester
We’re switching to recycled, instead of virgin, polyester where possible.
Our recycled polyester is made from post-consumer waste such as plastic bottles which are crushed, washed and spun into new fibres. Fully certified, this helps to reduce raw material consumption and waste going to landfill.
